Bazhou Dongchen Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. - the coal mining project of Tariq No. 2 Mine in Yangxia Mining Area, Luntai County, Xinjiang, is one of the major investment projects implemented by Quan Jun Da Industrial Co., Ltd. according to the development strategy of coal chemical industry.

 Tariq No. 2 Coal Mine Project in Yangxia Mining Area is located in the west of Yangxia Mining Area, 50km northeast of Luntai County, close to Nanjiang Railway, National highway GD314 and Expressway G30, with convenient transportation. The mining area is 17.45 square kilometers and has coal reserves of more than 628.21 million tons. It is a rare high-quality coal mine with rich reserves in China. According to THE REPLY ON THE OVERALL PLANNING OF TARIQ DISTRICT OF YANGXIA MINING AREA IN LUNTAI, XINJIANG issued by the Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region, it is predicted that the long-term exploitable resources will reach more than 1.2 billion tons, with good resource potential.

The project has been listed in the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration’s "13th Five-Year Plan" coal planning and construction, has been approved by the National Energy Administration, and has obtained the mining license issued by the Department of Natural Resources of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. We started large-scale construction in September 2021, and is striving to build a modern mine with an annual production capacity of 10 million tons.
