Bazhou Dongchen Chemical Co., Ltd. - Methanol Production Project by Natural Gas, is one of the major investment projects implemented by Quan Jun Da Industrial Co., Ltd according to the development strategy of coal chemical industry. Founded in 2005, the Project is a forward-looking supporting project for mining, local consumption and utilization of Tariq Coal Mine in Yangxia Mining Area of Luntai County, Xinjiang, so as to realize value-added and efficiency.

The company is located in Layisu Industrial Park, Luntai County, Bazhou. It is designed to produce methanol from natural gas with an annual output of 180,000 tons. It adopts advanced low-pressure synthesis technology, DCS central control operation and full automatic control. In addition, by connecting with the pipeline of its coal-to-methanol unit, it realized the co-production of surplus carbon elements in the coal-to-methanol production process and surplus hydrogen elements in the natural gas-to-methanol production process, realizing hydrocarbon exchange and interactive co-production. The optimized production process made the unit more energy saving and emission reduction, improved production capacity and reduced production cost. This production mode has obvious competitive advantages in the coal chemical industry in Xinjiang, even in the five northwest provinces.
